Overview

Pet Printed is a German B2C shop for custom products featuring pets’ photos, from apparel to home decor. Customers upload a photo, choose a style and a product, and order a personal gift. The product page carries most of that journey, so small UX problems there have a direct effect on sales.

Redesigned the product detail page for usability and engagement.
Resolved UX pain points across user flows to improve conversion.
Built reusable UI components to keep web, mobile and marketing consistent.
Designed landing pages, dynamic hero banners for seasonal campaigns, and newsletters.
Ran competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
